All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for quality assurance, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website.

This policy is in place to maintain the safety, integrity, and quality of our CBD products, which cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility.

      Damaged or Defective Product

      While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@purplehippocbd.com with the following:

      • Your order number
      • A description of the issue
      • Photos of the product and packaging

      We will evaluate your request and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or credit at our discretion.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
